Yesterday I found out about the chat feature in Substack. The chat feature is a conversation space in the Substack app that I have set up for subscribers to my newsletter, my hope is that this space will be like a group chat or a live hangout.
To join the chat, you just need to download the Substack app (messages will be sent via the app and not email). Turn on notifications so you don’t miss the conversation.
