Thank you for bringing front and center the idea that the “majority” can be wrong or might be not making moral choices.

צדק ,צדק תידף? I prefer to translate as "righteousness" and reserve משפת... for "justice". At its best, Righteousness is not judgemental. Justice, of necessity, is. Granted, the doubled usage of צדק can intensify it, but maybe "righteous justice" rather than "vindictive justice" is the order of the day. Btw, אני חזנית.

Thank you, Rabbi Sandra,

We’ll need your guidance more than ever once 45 becomes 47. Neither have or ever will be my president.

I’m disgusted with the majority and no amount or depth of analyzing the conditions that led to the outcome will make sense to me.

I’ve avoided watching and listening to news, discussions and posts about the election outcome and the changes that will occur, and I can hardly handle the bits and pieces of information that are unavoidable.

I will ALWAYS remain strong in my personal convictions of equality, justice and a strong moral code, and I will never support anything less. I remain disgusted but not beaten.

John Mayer on 11.9.16, the day after 45 was elected the first time:

We will be kind

And sincere

We will support each other

**Those whose rights are not in danger will help protect the rights of those whose are.**

We will make great art

We will teach and learn.

We will grow.

We will stay connected.

We will thrive.

We will love.

71 days to inauguration.

We have a head start.”
